We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who can help us connect with startups, SMEs, agencies, and enterprise clients who need technology solutions.
This opportunity is ideal for freelancers, sales professionals, lead generators, and network-driven individuals who want to work with complete flexibility and earn high commissions.
About the Role
As a BDE, your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients, start conversations, understand their business challenges, and help convert them into projects for our team.
You can work remotely from anywhere, choose flexible hours, and manage this alongside your current job, freelance work, or studies.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, cold outreach, referrals, and personal network
- Identify businesses needing websites, software, AI automation, chatbots, CRM, or workflow solutions
- Connect with founders, business owners, and decision-makers
- Schedule discovery calls and client meetings
- Understand project requirements and coordinate with our internal team
- Support proposal discussions and deal closures
- Maintain follow-ups and long-term client relationships
- Build a strong project pipeline consistently
Requirements
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Experience in business development, IT sales, or agency sales is preferred
- Good understanding of digital services and software solutions
- Self-driven approach with result-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and close opportunities
- Comfortable with commission-based earnings
Compensation
- 10% to 30% commission on project profit
- Higher incentives for larger and repeat projects
- No earning cap
