1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website (1xflows.com), engaging our dedicated development teams, or deploying our engineering architectures, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise explicitly negotiated in a Master Services Agreement (MSA), 1xflows retains full ownership over underlying frameworks, SaaS boilerplate components, and generic CI/CD pipelines deployed to facilitate your custom application. Client-specific business logic, unique IP, and data structures built by 1xflows belong solely to the Client upon final payment clearance.
3. SLA & Software Warranties
We pride ourselves on zero-defect releases. Any critical bugs identified post-production deployment (within our standard 30-day warranty window) will be triaged and resolved free of charge. External API deprecations or third-party logic failures do not fall under this safety guarantee.
4. Restrictions & Liability
You agree not to reverse-engineer our proprietary platform components, conduct unapproved DDoS/penetration testing against our marketing domains without explicitly requesting permission, or utilize our branded assets without authorized written consent.
