 We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Copilot Developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform. The role involves building integrated solutions with Power Apps and ensuring governance, scalability, and security within enterprise environments. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver automation-driven solutions.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio / CoPilot Agent Builder
• Strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps)
• Experience integrating Copilot agents with enterprise systems and APIs
• Knowledge of Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Platform ecosystem
• Experience implementing governance frameworks (DLP policies, environment strategy, connectors)
• Understanding of security and compliance in Power Platform
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure services is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Willingness to work in CST shift timings (up to 12 PM CST)
