 We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our dynamic engineering team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that software solutions meet defined requirements and quality standards. You will be responsible for end-to-end manual testing, requirement analysis, and validation of features across web and mobile applications. The role also involves close collaboration with Product Owners, developers, and clients to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Quality Analyst or in manual testing roles
• Strong experience in manual QA testing, including test case creation, execution, and reporting
• Experience conducting defect triage meetings and managing defect lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with test management tools and bug tracking systems
• Ability to develop test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports
• Experience in Mobile App Testing, API Testing, and Integration Testing
• Strong understanding of software testing techniques and methodologies (Agile, SDLC, STLC)
• Ability to validate features against acceptance criteria and ensure Definition of Done
• Experience in analyzing requirements and converting them into test scenarios and user stories
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with UK-based clients
• Ability to conduct client demos and gather feedback for improvements
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Nice to Have:

• Experience in automation testing using Java or JavaScript
• Exposure to Non-Functional Testing (Performance, Security, SEO, Accessibility, Analytics)
• Familiarity with global agile teams and distributed development environments
• Experience in writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria
